The Cleveland-Bradley County Office of Emergency Management & Homeland Security is an independent department of the Bradley County Government responsible for emergency management activities in Bradley County, and the cities of Cleveland and Charleston, reporting to the Bradley County Mayor.

The mission of the Cleveland-Bradley County Office of Emergency Management & Homeland Security is to plan, prepare, and respond to natural and manmade disasters by providing the highest level of emergency preparedness to the citizens of Cleveland, Charleston, and Bradley County as they face emerging threats in the 21st century. Working as interagency coordinators in partnership with local, state, federal, and private entities, we provide comprehensive emergency response in addition to hazard planning, training resources, and disaster mitigation.
Disasters and threats can strike at anytime and anywhere. Threats take many forms, whether a hurricane, tornado, flood, a fire or a hazardous spill, an act of nature, or an act of terrorism. Disasters and threats may build over days or weeks, or may occur without warning. Every year, millions of Americans face disasters and their negative impacts. Our hope is that you will find this site useful in finding information that can help prepare you and your family on the types of emergencies and hazards that our community may face. |

OFFICE LOCATION 3069 Overlook Drive NE Cleveland, TN 37312 (423) 728-7289 office Office visits are by appointment only to all members of the public, and strongly encouraged for public safety personnel to ensure OEM staff availability. ID cards are issued by appointment only. Please call (423) 819-4204 to schedule. BUSINESS HOURS 8:30am - 4:30pm weekdays Closed on all federally observed holidays This office does not dispatch emergency services. If you need emergency assistance, dial 911.
